李兴

一、个人简介
李兴,香港科技大学博士,教授、博导,国家级青年人才A类,江苏省双创人才,中山大学逸仙学者计划“优秀学者”,苏州市创新创业领军人才,苏州园区创新创业领军人才,江苏省双创博士,苏州工业园区金鸡湖青年人才,苏州集成电路协会副会长,南京紫金山英才,担任IEEE TVLSI副主编、MDPI客座主编及多个国际重要学术期刊和会议审稿人。
曾任职于美国前五的芯片设计公司美国ADI和美国博通,并获ADI杰出芯片设计奖。十余年致力于电源管理、以及与人类生命健康相关的生物传感(ECG,心率,血氧传感等)等集成电路系统的理论和设计研发。领导研发的多款芯片被广泛应用于苹果产品中。其中包括ECG/心率监测芯片(用于苹果手表),触摸屏控制芯片(用于苹果手机和平板电脑)以及无线充电芯片(用于苹果手机和手表),年销售量上亿颗。
一作/通讯发表ISSCC,CICC,VLSI Symposium,JSSC等顶级国际文章,发表著作一本,共计30余篇顶级IEEE核心论文,十余项专利。
二、研究领域
研究方向为面向电源和传感的数模混合芯片设计,欢迎集成电路、电子、电气、计算机等相关专业的本科生、研究生加入本团队。
