冯浪

一、个人简介

    冯浪,博士,2020年8月博士毕业于美国Texas A&M University。2016年7月本科毕业于电子科技大学。目前从事电子设计自动化(EDA)与计算机体系结构等相关方向。在IEEE/ACM主流期刊与会议上发表论文二十余篇,其中在DATE 2022中获得最佳论文奖提名,两篇期刊论文多月位于期刊高下载排行榜。主持国自然青年基金、“紫金学者”人才基金、南京双创博士基金各一项;作为单位负责人参与国自然重大研究计划一项;主持或参与多项横向课题。指导的本科生毕业论文曾获校级本科优秀毕业论文一等奖。担任GLVLSI'25、CSTIC'25、IEEE MCSoC'22-25等国际会议的TPC成员,CCF容错专委、集成电路专委执行委员,CFTC 2023组委会副主席等。为TCAS-I, TCAS-II, TCAD, TVLSI, ASPDAC等期刊和会议的审稿人。

 

二、研究领域

     1.电子设计自动化(EDA)

    主要研究后摩尔时代数字集成电路的EDA算法。后摩尔时代下的新型工艺以及设计理念对传统EDA算法提出了新的挑战,需要改进算法以进一步提升设计质量。研究内容包括面向2.5D/3D封装技术的布局布线算法、面向电路架构-物理设计一致性的前后端联合优化算法、针对大规模数字集成电路的晶体管级高效优化算法等。

      2.处理器可信架构设计

    主要研究通过改进处理器微架构,进行软件与硬件漏洞的攻击检测与防御。在保障处理器性能的同时,增加其安全性,以应对大数据时代下信息泄露或被篡改的风险。研究内容包括针对Chiplet架构时序侧信道攻击的自适应防御机制、基于RISC-V的高性能软件运行安全检测系统、针对处理器TEE的高效架构设计等。
