冯浪

一、个人简介
冯浪,博士,“百人计划”副教授,深圳市“鹏城孔雀计划”特聘岗位人才。2020年8月博士毕业于美国Texas A&M University。2016年7月本科毕业于电子科技大学。目前从事电子设计自动化(EDA)等方向。在IEEE/ACM主流期刊与会议上发表论文三十余篇,其中在DATE 2022中获得最佳论文奖提名,两篇IEEE TC期刊论文多月位于期刊高下载排行榜。主持国自然青年基金、“紫金学者”人才基金、南京双创博士基金各一项;作为课题负责人参与国自然重大研究计划一项、深圳市重点产业研发计划一项;主持或参与多项横向课题。指导两名本科生完成的课题的毕业论文分别获得了校级本科优秀毕业论文特等奖与一等奖。担任ACM TODAES期刊AE;担任ICCD26、ASPDAC26、GLSVLSI26等国际会议的TPC成员;担任CCF容错专委、集成电路专委执行委员、CFTC 2023组委会副主席等。为TCAD, TCAS-I, TCAS-II, TVLSI, ICCAD等期刊和会议的审稿人。

二、研究领域
电子设计自动化(EDA):主要研究后摩尔时代数字集成电路的EDA算法。后摩尔时代下的新型工艺以及设计理念对传统EDA算法提出了新的挑战,需要改进算法以进一步提升设计质量。研究内容包括面向2.5D/3D封装技术的布局布线算法、面向电路架构-物理设计一致性的前后端联合优化算法、针对大规模数字集成电路的晶体管级高效优化算法等。
